We unlocked all 9 cat cards! So I put them in the PNP files already (both color and b&w). They are not final, but if you want to try them out, they give a lot of new challenges!
I also had to update the spell circle cards to accommodate the new scoring conditions, including scoring for elements on half or a quarter of the circle, and interacting with star symbols added to the circles! Fun!

Thank you for everyone who clicked on the ads I ran on Facebook, Instagram, and lots of other places. It was a great experiment, but I've decided to stop these ads for now. As such, the number of new of backers will seem low. But we have more than enough to do a small print run of the game and plushies. Plus the watchers are increasing, so I'm happy! The project will continue to grow, so let's keep commenting and sharing! :D
This week we unlocked Moth, Bat, Hare and (thanks to link shares) Fire Cat! We have 2 more cats and 3 more familiars to unlock. After that we have more sigil circles designs, more scoring conditions, better dry erase pens, and more! A LOT more game play!

Let's build this world together!!
What happened the first time the cat (Sabrina) summoned something? What did she summon? How did the witches bind the firsts summon. Then what happened? Is she really evil? And why does a tornado of weasels have a problem with the cat?
Head over to the comment section and find the post pinned to the top. Read through the story as it's being created together, and then leave the next mini chapter. Best practice is to leave 1-3 sentences per post. You can leave multiple posts if you find yourself inspired!
Did you know you can play Doom Cat on a tablet?? No need to even print or cut the PNP files. It helps to have 3 six-sided dice, but there are apps for that too!

We unlocked TWO stretch goals already! I think you'll keep me busy painting all the new cards all month.
I found the button to record me painting in Rebelle 7. So here is my work today! If you want more speed painting videos, please leave a comment so I know!
🌕Circle Card Art🌕
Some backers were asking to see the color boards up close since they are obscured in the video and gifs. Here is the current work in progress. An explanation how it works in the game:
You roll three dice every turn. You write one of the dice numbers in the top row and then cross out a matching candle (the cat steal the die and knocks over a candle).
Then you draw a line between the other two candles. If you cross out the same number twice, that number becomes random (as you couldn't use it anymore otherwise).
And you can write any number you want on the blank candles when you feel like using them.
The bottom numbers are where you write the sum of each scoring condition, and the total on the far right. There's extra space so you can keep track of some goals round by round.
There's a subtle star in the center of the circle, used in some goals, like drawing a line dividing the circle in half, or adding an eye to the middle you need to surround. (Spoilers for locked cards, oops!)
There will be another circle card to unlock as a stretch goal later! So please comment as much as you can so we can unlock them (and to please the kickstarter algorithm that craves comments).
